I have gained a great deal of weight over the last two years. It is not a good thing. I have been going to the gym and hitting the machines the last couple of weeks. My motivation is lacking somewhat.
However on the treadmill I have been having a different sensation of the left side. That it is more distinct. Before I always had the feel I had one butt now it feels like I have two glutes. It seems more 'correct'.
